Nathalia, founder of Form Pilates, teaching reformer Pilates in Rayleigh, Essex

Hi, I'm Nathalia

Founder & Pilates Instructor

I’m a passionate Pilates instructor who believes movement is one of the most powerful ways we can care for ourselves: body, mind and soul.

With over a decade of experience practising Yoga and Pilates, I completed my professional training with STOTT PILATES® in both Mat and Reformer.

My classes focus on intentional movement, prioritising quality over quantity to build strength and refine technique.

My teaching style blends classical and contemporary Pilates with a dynamic edge that challenges both body and mind. For me, Pilates is about connection, confidence and celebrating what your body can do.

My passion for wellness was sparked during my own transformative journey in my early twenties, inspiring a deep commitment to helping others thrive.

Meet Our Instructors

Our team is here to guide, support and motivate you every step of the way.

Ellen, reformer Pilates instructor at Form Pilates in Rayleigh, Essex
Ellen

With a background in dance and a passion for movement, I became a Pilates instructor in 2021 with the goal of helping people move with more strength, awareness and confidence.

My classes focus on form, alignment and building strong foundations, while still creating a supportive and welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself and feel connected to your body.

I believe movement should feel good, and I love helping clients discover what their bodies are capable of both on and off the reformer.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life. With a background in competitive gymnastics and running, I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies.

I’m trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, with ongoing STOTT PILATES® reformer training. My classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates with a focus on strength, flow and alignment.

My teaching style is calm but encouraging, and I want every client to leave class feeling challenged, supported and empowered.

Kellie, Pilates and wellbeing instructor at Form Pilates Rayleigh
Kellie

I’ve spent over 30 years working within the wellbeing industry, helping women reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness and body awareness.

My teaching style blends Pilates, breathwork and intuitive movement to create classes that feel grounding, supportive and restorative.

Alongside Pilates, I’m also an advanced Strala Yoga guide and professional astrologer, and I’m passionate about helping people feel calmer, stronger and more connected to themselves both physically and emotionally.

Georgia, reformer Pilates instructor at Form Pilates in Essex
Georgia

Pilates has been a part of my life for over a decade, and I’ve experienced first-hand the positive impact it can have on both body and mind.

After becoming a mum in 2024, Pilates played an important role in helping me rebuild strength, confidence and a deeper connection with my body, inspiring me to share those benefits with others.

My classes are welcoming, supportive and designed to help you move with confidence. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to exercise, I love helping clients feel stronger, more empowered and more connected to their bodies.
